Horizontal Rail Extensions may be purchased to extend the width (reach) of a bath bench into a shower or bathtub.
- These rails are compatible with the Carousel Sliding Transfer Bench and the Gateway Sliding Transfer Bench.
- The extensions come in two sizes 4 inches and 8 inches.
- The 28 inch rails will extend the total length of the bench by 4 inches. (36 inches)
- The 32 inch rails will extend the total length of the bench by 8 inches. (42 inches)
- The rails come in pairs. The price reflected is for the pair.
How do these rails work?
If you purchase the 4 inch variant, you will receive 28 inch rails.
If you purchase the 8 inch variant, you will receive 32 inch rails.
These rails will be swapped out with the 24 inch rails.
Which product will these rails work for?
- These rails will fit the Gateway Premium Sliding Transfer Bench and the Carousel Premium Sliding Transfer Bench with Swivel Seat.
- These Rails WILL NOT WORK WITH THE BARIATRIC CAROUSEL.
Are these pieces that fit on the current rails or new rails?
- These are longer rails that you use to replace the current rails.
